Assist in witnessing electrical, HV & LV engineering modifications.

Assist in specifying special testing and service equipment to troubleshoot and m
aintain electrical, HV & LV engineering services.

Assist in review of electrical engineering designs, specification costs and quan
tity estimates for capital replacement, upgrades, refurbishments and new works.

Ensure Inspection checklists and frequency of Inspections are reviewed and appro
ved by the Technical Services Manager and a clear forward plan and programme for
such Inspections is developed.

Ensure all completed Inspection checklists, reports & recommendations are issued
electronically to the MCC and CAFM system for record and performance review pur
poses.

Ensure safe working practices including compliance with Permits to Work system &
ADAC Standard Operating Procedures are implemented by FM Contractors and Subcon
tractors staff at all times.
Operational
Facilities Engineering Inspector shall:

Oversee planning, preparation & implementation of work instructions (scheduled &
unscheduled) and provide direction to the FM Contractors staff for corrective m
aintenance repairs, performance of preventive maintenance and the implementation
of any electrical system modifications.

On a daily basis conduct field site walk Inspections to asses and analyse status
of FM Contractors corrective and preventive maintenance execution activities an
d provide, where appropriate, recommendations for improvement.

Verify work instructions are adequate and comply with all applicable FM Contract
ors Contracts KPI&rsquos, ADAC procedures and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all Inspection checklists and reports for scheduled and unscheduled works

(including service requests generated by MCC) are completed and issued electron
ically to MCC and the CAFM system for record and FM Contractor performance monit
oring purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Required
High school diploma with minimum of five years experience in equivalent inspecti
on, test or examination activities
Multiple Level II QC Certifications in accordance with NQA-1 (1994) (or equivale
nt) or the ability to become certified in multiple disciplines
High school diploma with minimum of five years experience related to electrical
trade discipline
Good communication and computer skills
Professional Certifications Required
Preferred - An HNC / HND / Bachelorrsquos Degree in Electrical Engineering, Elec
tronics Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited college or uni
versity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Years of experience
Minimum 5 years for work experience on electrical systems installation and maint

enance
Minimum 3 years airport environment experience
