eMail - thats right, eMail still dominates. With the variety of methods, restrictions and time
constraints put on eFiling, it can be a daunting and time consuming task for many busy
firms and individuals alike. In fact over 95% of clients prefer to eMail their filings. It is
estimate the average time to eFile a document is on average, 30 minutes - multiplied by the
number of filings each team member handles per day, month or year and the 'cost to eFile'
increases dramatically. Simply eMail your filings to info@countrywideprocess.com and
we'll do the rest.
E-Filing Portal - our New e-Filing Portal is currently accepting direct e-Filings for Orange
County Superior Court of California, Civil Cases. Probate and Mental Health Cases will be
added soon and for Riverside County Superior Court of California, New Unlawful Detainer
Cases and no fee Subsequent filings.

Court Filling
Working on a daily basis to meet your needs, Countrywide Process, LLC has an experienced
team of couriers, bicyclists, motorcyclists and messengers to complete our court filing
service force. All of our Legal Support Service professionals including affiliates and our in
house support staff share the same concept and structure to provide consistent, high
quality, service no matter what your assignment. Our staff are in constant communication
with Court Managers and other staff members to give you real time status of your
assignment. Confirmation of completed filings are electronically uploaded to our website

and an automated email is sent to you with a link to your conformed copies or delivered to
your office with the next scheduled pick up. Filings that are pending are consistently
followed up on and status is given until completion of the assignment. We also provide efiling services in several counties in California.

Document Recording
Recording refers to the filing of a legal document. Documents such as deed, mortgage note,
satisfaction of mortgage, etc are recorded to confirm their entry into the public records.
Such documents state the property details that affect the title of ownership. When such a
document is properly recorded following the procedures, it becomes an official public
record. Countrywide Process has the capability of completing document recordings quickly
throughout California. As with all the documents we receive and file, we make sure to get
the documents back to our clients at an expedited rate. Once your document is recorded,
we send the confirmation number and the copy of the recording to you within a short
number of days.
We can also assist with the preparation and filing of your Sister State Judgment or with
your Petition to an Out of State Subpoena issued in California.
