IhavereceivednoofficialanswerbutIhaveattachedanemailinwhichtheStateChair
dismissesmylineofquestionsasnot"inthebestinterestoftheAlabamaDemocraticParty."I'm
frustratedthatnobodycantellmehowmanyvotingmembersthereareandhowthatnumber
wasderived.

IamescalatingtotheDemocraticPartyoftheUnitedStates,whoseChartergovernsbothlegal
entities.ArticleTen,Section4statesthat"EachrecognizedstateDemocraticPartyshalladopt
andconductitsaffairsinaccordancewithwrittenrules."ThefailureoftheADPtofollowtheir
ownrulesjeopardizesstandingwiththeDNCasa"recognized"party.

I'mmakingalegitimaterequest.Iwouldthinkitshouldbeansweredintheinterestof
transparency.Denyingtherequestunderminesthelegitimacyoftheatlargemembers.
