CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

Mr. Nihit Saxena

We have pleasure in offering you employment with Udai Institute Of Management Studies,
Jaipur as Business Development Executive. Your duties will be to develop business and
generate revenue for the fiscal year 2014-2015 and, to supervise the staff and carry out all duties in
the absence of Management.

1.0 DURATION OF CONTRACT


1.1 Your contract is for 6 months, commencing on: 02/10/2013, subject to renewal depending on
your performance.

2.0 SALARY
2.1 Your salary will be Rs. 318000 per annum equaling Rs. 26500 will be paid to you in the local
currency take home per month.

3.0 WORKING HOURS


3.1 Normal Working hours will be applicable under general conditions of service stipulated by
current labour regulations for those who do not fall under a collective agreement entered with the
union duly recognized and registered.

4.0 WORK REQUIREMENT


4.1 You will be required;
(a) At all times as the company may from time to time direct you to perform skillfully and diligently
all the duties considered by the company to be within the scope of or incidental to your job under

this contract or as may reasonably be regarded by the company as being within the capabilities of a
person engaged in such employment,

(b) To faithfully observe all the prevailing rules, regulations and arrangements of the company for
management and safety of the company property and works, and for the control and good conduct
of the company employees.

(c) At no time, either during the continuance or termination of your employment (except by
direction of the company) to divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or company any
knowledge or information which may acquire during the continuance of your employment concerning
the affairs or property of the company or any business process or transaction in which the company
may be or have been concerned or interested.
4.2 Daily Duties:
(a) Tie-ups for corporate placements
(b) Organizing events for Institute promotion
(c) Daily MIS reports
(d) Maintain Records
(e) Carrying out all duties in the absence of management

(f) Provide Management with information on daily running of the company


(g) Taking intelligent action when complications arise regarding business development (after
discussing with management).

5.0 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT


5.1 By expiry of the contract period, i.e. 31/03/2014.
5.2 By the company giving you one months notice in writing and paying you your salary calculated
up to the number of days worked per month.

5.3 By giving the company at least one months notice in writing failure to which you will forfeit a
months salary.
5.4 By the company not allowing any period of notice or making any payment in lieu if you shall fail
to perform, observe or comply with any of the conditions of employment and service.
5.5 Verbal warnings will be given. In the event you fail to adhere to verbal warnings,
written warnings will be given two times, the third time your contract will be terminated.

6.0 ACCEPTANCE
If you accept offer, sign the acknowledgement on this letter and return to us or, you may write a
separate letter and inform us whether you have accepted or not the contact we have offered to you.
We will require you to send us all your school certificates, letters from previous companies you have
worked with if you accept this offer.
