Each class is more than a meeting it is an exchange of thoughts and ideas. These required
exchanges will serve as markers of your engagement level which also includes careful listening,
meaningful attempts to interpret what is being discussed, active involvement and critical thinking.
Thus, excessive absences and lateness, especially if unexplained will result to reduction of grade.
The reflection assignment must be 2-5 pages in length, stapled, 1.15 spaced, one-sided, numbered
pages, 1 margin, 11 Font, Arial. There will be variety of required and recommended websites and
other helping materials. Though, I am encouraging you to make sure that the reflection paper that you
will submit will be your own work. You may use sources for your borrowed ideas, quotations, etcetera
but they must be properly documented.
The research paper is the result of your immersion activity in which you will apply the different
indigenous research methods.
This requirement is a cooperative project that will train you to master the field of Sikolohiyang Pilipino.
There will be two seminar type lectures in which you will provide your chosen participants a two-day
seminar on the tents of Sikolohiyang Pilipino. The goal is to instill to them the beauty of of
understanding our very own Filipino Psychology.
The final output will be a convention type seminar in which we will invite a resource speaker that will
provide us with the current trends and issues in Sikolohiyang Pilipino. In this convention, you will also
be allowed to present your papers.
Major Examination
The major examinations will consist of a variety of questions that focus on substantive, essential ideas
discussed through the course.
Final examination will cover all topics discussed since day 1.
Goodluck!
