giving examples and telling the time.

We will make a review about the Verb To Be in its different forms.

You have to remember what is a noun and adjective because you


will be practicing and changing words.

Pay attention to the use of the demonstratives.Its easy just ensure


that you can choose the one to use for singular nouns and the most

suitable for plural nouns.

Finally, you will participate giving ideas about the skills for good
managers.

Managers are responsible for making sure that things are done
properly.
To be a great manager, you must have an extensive set of skills
from planning and delegation to communication and motivation.
Try to solve the problems before asking your boss what to
do.
When delegating work, give it to the person who is suitable
for achieving it.
Follow up with team members when their behavior has a
positive impact on customer service.
Make decisions following careful analysis, rather than
relying on your instinct.
Let your team members figure out for themselves.

SKILLS TO BE A GREAT MANAGER


Wait before disciplining a team member, so that people have a
chance to correct their behaviors for themselves.
Improve your technical skills.
Spend time talking with your team about what's going well and
what needs improving.
Try to motivate people.
Do all that you can to avoid conflict in your team.
In meetings, take on the role of moderator/facilitator when
necessary, and help your team reach a better understanding of
the issue or reach consensus.
Talk to team members about their individual goals, and link
these to the goals of the entire organization.
Talk with team members as individuals to ensure that they're
happy and productive.

The demonstratives:Use this if the object is only one and is near you
and that is used if the object is far from you.
Use These if the objects are near you and those if the objects are
far fom you.
