Task in Hand
We have been transported by the Time Machine to The Eastern
Islands where the earliest trace of human life is found.
We have free access to 4 basic resources i.e. Land, Air, Water and
Solar Energy.
We have also availed 3 other additional resources.
The Objective here is to Begin a venture of Sustenance using the
available resources.

Basic resources
Land, Air, Water, Solar Energy

Additional Resources
Femur (Longest and the Hardest Bone), Inferno (implying Fire), Glass
Container.

Idea of the Venture

Food industry or a service industry

Weaponry Industry

B-Plan
The key here is sustenance. Thus, venturing a dual business i.e.
Service or a food industry and Weaponry seems like a convincing
and sustainable idea.
Animals Femur bone can be used for making the handle of the
weapons and the meat after killing the animals can be used for
cooking and eating.
The meat available after killing the animals will be used for cooking
the daily food of the consumer (early man). The food cooked on the
the Fire; water and drinks are served to every customer in glass

containers. Stones will be utilized to for the purpose of seating and

dining.
Since the early man consumed raw meat, the concept of cooking
industry would help them realize that cooking enhances the taste of
raw meat. Food being the priority of every living being in the
planet, man would think of new ways to make the food tasty, and
the first step using the above resources would be to provide cooked
food to our consumers.
The Femur bones derived from the animals will be used as the
handle which will be attached to a sharp pointed carved stone
making it a weapon meant for a kill and can be used as a weapon
for hunting purposes.
The venture would have long term sustenance as mentioned above,
every living being needs food to survive. Thus, improving hunting
weaponry and using the animals meat for cooking food is very
essential on the long run. New resources would be discovered for
improving the taste of the food and the weaponry stock will be
upgraded as the time passes by.

Promotional Plan of the Venture

Loud nomadic sounds and drums would promote the venture,

where people would be attracted towards the sound thus
enabling more customer attractiveness.
Having a group of people moving from one place to another
and educating the people about the venture (more of evnalism
type marketing)
Creating a dense smoke with the help of the resource Fire,
that would attract people towards the smoke.
Carving directions on the rocks or trees directing towards the
place.
Hiring the head of the clan and the head hunter of the clan to
promote the venture.
By giving away free food to a customer who brings new ones.
By conducting classes on hunting for the men interested.

The more the stock the better the service is the motto of the
venture.
Vision is to give a good taste to food, to help the people hunt better
and finally to sustain the Monopoly in the market in the Future and
stronger sustenance ratio and reserves for the long run.

Human Resource Utilization

Human resource utilized to make the venture is maximized.
4 people required for cooking the meat at the inferno
2 people required for generating and maintenance of fire
10 people required for hunting and finding stock for the
venture
2 people required to look for new resources in the located area
4 people required for moving from one place to another to
inform and educate the people about the venture.
Thus, human resource plays an important role in the success of the
venture.

Resource Utilization and Allocation

We have the free utilization of the basic resources namely Land, Air,
Water and Solar Energy.
We are also given the benefit off using 3 additional resources i.e.
Fire, Bone (Femur) and Glass Containers.
The Fire is used for the roasting of meat and plant products and is
also used for cooking using water and plants derived from the Land.
The free resource Land is used to derive stone and wood (for
furniture, tools and weaponry) and Plants for cooking. Water is being
utilized for cooking, drinking and cleaning purposes. Solar energy is
used for the drying of meat and setting fires.
The resource Femur is extensively used in the design of weapons
and tools.
The utilization and allocation of human resources is mentioned in
the former topic.
