Invitation For Bids (IFB) for Selection of Solar Power Developers for Setting up Solar PV Power
Projects (10MW x 10 Projects under DCR category and 10MW x 13 Projects under Open category)
in Rajasthan under National Solar Mission (NSM) Phase-II, Batch-II, Tranche-I.

NTPC Ltd. invites online bids for following tenders on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Basis
(Envelope-I: Technical Bids & Envelope-II: Financial Bid) followed by Reverse Auction from interested
parties under NSM Phase-II, Batch-II, Tranche-I:
1. Selection of Solar Power Developers in the State of Rajasthan for total capacity of 100 MW (10MW x
10 Projects) under DCR Category vide RfS No. NTPC/2015-16/NSM/TI/NSP-RAJ/04 (Tender Search
Code NTPC-2015-TN000004).
2. Selection of Solar Power Developers in the State of Rajasthan for total capacity of 130 MW (10MW x
13 Projects) under Open Category vide RfS No. NTPC/2015-16/NSM/TI/NSP-RAJ/05 (Tender Search
Code NTPC-2015-TN000005).
Out of 230 MW capacity mentioned at (1) and (2) above, the cumulative capacity of Solar PV Projects to
be allocated to a Company including its Parent, Affiliate or Ultimate Parent or any Group Company shall
be limited to 20 MW subject to fulfillment of Qualification Requirements specified in Request for
Selection (RfS) documents.
Separate RfS documents for above tenders shall be available for downloading free of cost by all interested
parties from 09:00 Hrs (IST) on 06.07.2015 to 17:00 Hrs (IST) on 05.08.2015.
Bids for Envelope-I & Envelope-II for tender mentioned at Sl. No. 1 above can be submitted online up to
17:00 Hrs (IST) on 04.09.2015 &Envelope-I shall be opened online on 07.09.2015 at 11:00 Hrs (IST)
onwards.
Bids for Envelope-I & Envelope-II for tender mentioned at Sl. No. 2 above can be submitted online up to
17:00 Hrs (IST) on 07.09.2015 & Envelope-I shall be opened online on 09.09.2015 at 11:00 Hrs (IST)
onwards.
