Minimum thickness of PCC - Should be more than 100mm and Mix

ratio 1 : 5 : 10 or 1 : 4 : 8.

All foundations shall extend to a depth of at least 500 mm below

natural ground level.

Width of wall footing shall not be less than (B) = W + 300

Where, B = Width at base in mm and W = Width of Supported wall in
mm

For Raft foundation, minimum depth of foundation should not be less

than 1m.

Minimum thickness of pile cap should be 300

Minimum thickness of the foundation of the edge should not be less

In one way reinforced footing, the reinforcement is placed

perpendicular to wall at a uniform spacing.
In two way reinforced footing, the reinforcement in the long direction
shall be distributed uniformly across the full width of the footing and
in short direction, a central band equal to the width of the footing
only reinforcement shall be provided based on following equation.
