The Conrad Bali have an extensive pillow menu available foam, feather,
different shapes (boudoir, round etc.) and of varying thickness.
The shape and description of each pillow is printed on a simple card and is
placed inside the guest room folder.
Pillow menus are designed in a very colourful printed tick paper with each pillow's
usefulness explanation and a contact number if a guest need any of the them,
and placed under the beside table glass, if you don't have beside table with
glass top then I suggest that you have the pillow menu inside your hotel
communication guild that is very visible under housekeeping column.

STANDARD :The butler will offer a range of Pillows to the guest at turn down service
to the standards as expected of the housekeeping department.

EQUIPMENT:

Tray

PROCEDURE :

Place the Pillow menu on the tray.

Present the Pillow menu facing him or her.
Allow guest to read the information of the different pillows and advantages.
Present the wet hand towels to the guest to clean their hands.
Inform the housekeeping department as to the guests selection/ or they take the
pillows from the pillow store.
Ensure that it is placed in the rooms at turning down service.
