Income over period: 10.5 million expenditure somewhat less position stabilised after recession income
guaranteed until end March 2016

Currently 13 staff, full-time and part-time, most long-serving 2 based off-site social employment schemes
utilised no present HR difficulties archival work is labour-intensive, most costs are staff salary costs

Currently 9 members voluntary self-renewing since first Board appointed by Arts Council some 70 members
have served, under 4 chairmen
