The Society of EMC Engineers (India), popularly known as SEMCE (I), established in
Bangalore in 1987, is celebrating its eventful professional services in the field of
Electromagnetic Compatibility in this year 2015. This celebrative milestone in the journey
of our vision and is time for us to look back and thank every person who has contributed
to the growth of our society. This INCEMIC 2015 will be held in Visakhapatnam, India
from 22-23 July, 2015.

ABOUT VISAKHAPATNAM
Visakhapatnam is a port city on the south-east coast of India and often called "The Jewel
of the East Coast", With a population of 21Lakhs and occupying 682 sq.km, it is the
largest city in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The city is home to several state-owned
heavy industries and a steel plant; it is one of India's largest sea ports and has the
country's oldest shipyard. Visakhapatnam has the only natural harbour on the east coast
of India.
Visakhapatnam, also called as city of Destiny is an enchanting place of beauty, enthusiasm
and enterprise. It is endowed with exceptional scenic beauty, a breath taking panorama
of beautiful beaches, lush green fields, rolling hills and valleys. The splendid Monuments
reflect the rich historical and religious legacy of the region. Visakhapatnam situated on
the East coast of India, has a pleasant climate with a beautiful physiography. This port
city is guarded by Eastern Ghat hills on the three sides and the sea on the fourth. Dolphin
nose, Kailasa hill and Buddhist sites at Bhavikonda and Thotlakonda along the beach
road to Bhimili make it a tourist delight.
It is nestled among the hills of the Eastern Ghats and faces the Bay of Bengal on the
east. Visakhapatnam is headquarters of the Eastern Naval Command of the Indian Navy.

ABOUT ANDHRA UNIVERSITY

Andhra University is one of the oldest universities in India constituted by the Madras Act
of 1926 on 26th April,1926 with Sir C.R. Reddy as its founder Vice-Chancellor. The
University was very fortunate to have former President of India Dr.Sarvepalli
Radhakrishnan as one of its Vice-Chancellors. Keeping in pace with the global needs
and challenges under the leadership and guidance of successive Vice-Chancellors, the
University is offering several new Courses of relevance and Contemporary significance.
The University was accredited with NAAC "A" Grade with a cumulative grade point average
of 3.65 on 4.0 scale the highest among the State Universities of India. Further the
Department of Science & Technology has identified Andhra University as one of the Top
14 Universities in terms of publications, for promotion of contemporary scientific research
under 'PURSE' programme. Andhra University Colege of Engineering (A) spreading
over 167 acres of land, is the campus college of Andhra University which was established
in 1955. The AU College of Engineering (A) offering 17 UG and 42 PG programs in various
departments. The AU College of Engineering (A) has acquired considerable reputation in
the country and adjudged as the best government Engineering College in all over India
for the year 2011 & 2012. The Andhra University College of Engineering (A) is also funded
by TEQIP Phase-I & Phase-II.

INCEMIC WORKSHOP
During 20 & 21 July 2015 a two day Workshop cum Tutorials on the latest trends in
the field of EMI & EMC will be conducted by expert faculty.
The aims & objectives of the workshop are to give hands on practical & design oriented
technical know how to the participants based on case studies. It will also be a platform
where the participants will have an indepth exposure to the state of the artcutting
edge technologies designed & developed over the years in EMC Technology. The
workshop is designed to give a new dimension so as to implement EMC Techniques
in Military & Civilian systems right from the design, development & production stages.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

INCEMIC CONFERENCE
The Conference will cover the entire scope of electromagnetic compatibility.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers on their latest research
results. The conference will provide a forum for academicians, researchers,
practitioners and policy makers to participate and discuss the latest research findings
in the areas of Electromagnetic Interference & Compatibility.
The objective of the conference is to provide high quality research and professional
interactions for the advancement of EMI/EMC. Papers with new research results are
encouraged for submission. Special symposium and workshop would be conducted
with experts in the respective fields providing an overview as well as in depth
description of the cutting edge research technologies. The Pre conference Workshop
covers areas of specific interest. Within the framework of an educational scientific
program, topics are organized to focus on areas of interest for the EMI/EMC community.
In addition to invited and solicited presentations from leading researchers from
academia and research laboratories, the conference technical program is also focused
on the industrial research in the areas of EMI/EMC, Ultra Wideband, High Power
Electro-magnetics, EM Radiation Hazards & Signal Integrity. INCEMIC 2015 includes
a technical and commercial exhibit area with booths representing major industries in
the EMI/EMC arena.

Provided the fee has been paid in full, substitutions at no extra charge can
be made only up to 7 business days before the start of the conference. Cancellations
must be intimated in writing or by fax, more than 7 days before the conference is to be
held in order to obtain a full credit for any future conference. Cancellations received 7
days or less (including the seventh day) prior to the conference will not be credited.
SEMCE(I) is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution,
alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control.
