PETITION
COMES NOW, Petitioners, in the above-entitled case, and unto this
Honorable Commission, most respectfully alleges:
1.

That petitioners are of legal age, Filipino, and residents of Tugbok, Davao

City, Philippines;
2.

That petitioners are DONEES of portions of that parcel of land situated at

Biao Guianga, Tugbok District, Davao City, Philippines, covered by Original Certificate
of Title No. XXXXXX of the Registry of Deeds of Davao City, containing a total area of
FORTY THOUSAND (40,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, by virtue of four (4)
Donation Inter Vivos, copies of which are hereto attached as ANNEXES A to D;

That the title of the above-mentioned parcel of land was entered into the

book of the Registry of Deeds of Davao City on September 13, 2011, copy of the title
is hereto attached as ANNEX E;

That the registered owner of the above-mentioned parcel of land FFFF

subdivided the same into TEN (10) lots, particularly described as follows:

That the petitioners are now the owners of the following portions of land

by virtue of the aforementioned Donation Inter Vivos, to wit:

That considering that the petitioners are now owners of the portions of

land described in paragraph 5, they requests to partition and split the Original
Certificate of Title No. 2012000008 covering the aforesaid parcel of land and a new
titles be issued covering the portions of lot described as ____________;

That partition/splitting is sought herein, for the common benefit of the

petitioners, to preserve and secure their respective interest and rights in the
property;
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Commission
that the herein petition be given due course and a Transfer Certificate of Title be
issued in favor of petitioners XXXX
