AN AGREEMENT MADE _____________ three between MR. EHSAN UL HAQ QURESHI
[hereinafter called the borrower which expression shall include his legal representative and assigns] of the one part and the President of Pakistan [hereinafter called the President which of the other part. Whereas the borrower has agreed to purchase for the purpose of effecting a house thereon the piece of land situated Rawalpindi for the sum of Rs:820,800/-(Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand And Eight Hundred Only) AND WHEREAS the borrower has under the provisions of General Financial Rules [thereinafter referred to as the said Rules which expression shall include any amendments thereof for the time being in force] applied to the President for loan of Rs:820,800/-(Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand And Eight Hundred Only) to enable his to purchase the said piece of land and the President has agreed to lend the said sum of Rs: 820,800/-(Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand And Eight Hundred Only) to be Borrower on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained. Now it IS HEREBY AGREED between the parties hereto that in consideration of the sum of Rs: 820,800/(Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand And Eight Hundred Only) paid by the President to Borrower[the receipt of which the borrower hereby acknowledge] the borrower hereby agreed with the President [1] to repay the President the said amount with the interest calculated according to the said rules by monthly deductions from his salary as provided for the said rules and hereby authorized the President to made such deduction and [2] within one month of the loan in the purchase of said piece of if the actual price paid is less than the loan to repay the difference to the President forthwith and [3] to execute a documents mortgagor the said piece of land and the house to be erected thereon to the President as security for the amount lend to the Borrower as aforesaid and interest in then form provided by the said rules and it is HEREBY FURTHER AGREED that the borrower shall immediately he has purchased the said piece of land commence and erect therein a suitable resident for his own use AND IT IS HEREBY LASTLY AGREED AND DECLARED THAT if the said piece of land has not been purchased and mortgaged as aforesaid within one month from the date of these presents for if the borrower within that period becomes insolvent or quite the service of Govt. Or dies the whole amount of the loan and interest accrued thereon shall immediately become due and payable IN WHTNESS whereof the Borrower has here unto set his hand the day and first above written.
