SUBJECT : QUOTATION FOR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE OF AIR-CONDITIONERS

Thank you for inviting us to quote for the maintenance of your air-conditioners. I am pleased to quote you
for the maintenance of your air-conditioners scheduled herewith:

1.Equipment list:
1.1 To provide technicians, tools and materials to conduct general servicing for following air-conditioners:

1. Wall mounted fan coil units 06

2.Scope Of Work:
2.1 To dismantle and clean fan coil casing, panel and filter;
2.2 To clean fan coil heat exchanger;
2.3 To clean fan blower;
2.4 To purge drainage pipe and clean sediment at fan coil’s drain pan;
2.5 To check gas pressure as and when necessary;
2.6 To clean condensing units
2.7 To test and commission the units to normal operation

3. Breakdown calls:
3.1 We will respond to any breakdown calls within 24 hours upon call received to check the air-conditioner
operation and identify faults. The faulty parts will either be replaced on the spot or another appointed time,
depending on availability of parts

4. Service Schedule:
4.1 From April 2010 for a period up to 1 year
4.2 Service will be conducted between 9.00 a.m. and 6 .00 p,m, on Mondays to Fridays and between 9.00
a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays.

5. Price
5.1 The total price for this agreement is $720.00 inclusive of GST

6. Diagnostic Fees
6.1 Attend to emergency calls after 6p.m. : $80.00 before GST per call
6.2 Attend to emergency calls on Sundays and public holidays: $120.00 before GST per call

7. Terms Of payment
7.1 Full payment upon confirmation
8.Exclusions:
7.1 Refrigerant: $50 per compressor for R22 subject to prevailing GST
7.2 Chemical cleaning
7.3 Spare parts
7.4 Any other items not mentioned in this agreement

9. Terms & conditions

9.1 We shall not, under any circumstances, b liable for any accidents, injury, breakage, loss or damage to
the equipment, machinery, appliances or property connected therewith, unless such loss or damage is
caused by negligent acts of omission or commission by our employees.
9.2 This agreement shall be governed by the laws in Singapore.
