27. What is the Exam Pattern for Army Law School Entrance Test?
The Army Law School Entrance Test has 220 questions in MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) format. The exam is of
two hours and is a paper based test. Students have to mark the correct answers on an OMR sheet. Each question
carries one mark, and each wrong answer is awarded negative 0.25. The pattern is given below.

Most Law Schools who have their own entrance tests do not accept any other Law Entrance Test score, but there
are a few exceptions. UPES, Dehradoon has their own exam but they also accept CLAT Scores. There are some
other colleges as well, but they do not feature within the top 25 Law Schools in India.

of admission to the CLAT Office including the number of vacancies that might remain due to non-reporting of the
candidates allotted under the lst, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Actual Allotment List. This would help the CLAT Office make
the declaration of the final allotment.
