Areas of activities:
1. Carrying out of the technical inspection of the equipment

The realization of the technical inspection of the equipment is one of the main directions
of the company activities.
The inspection is provided both by the request of customers of the equipment and by the
order of large inspection companies (SGS, BV, OMIC, Inspectorate, IRICO and others).
The volume of the inspection includes, as a rule, the following:
- the verification of the manufacturers technical documentation;
- the verification of the manufacturers quality protocols;
- the certification of the production processes (forging, assembling, welding, heat
treatment, balancing, painting and others);
- the certification of the tests;
- the verification of labels and packaging;
- the certification of loading.
In the course of the inspection, depending on the type and purpose of the equipment, a
supplying country and contract terms, as criteria of the evaluation, the national and international
standards, norms and rules are applied (, , , ASME, API, ISO, EN, etc.).

2. Implementation of technical standards of the equipment

The implementation of technical standards of the equipment is the second main direction
of the companys activities.
The process of the implementation of technical standards includes the following:
) the verification of the compliance with the requirements of technical standards:
- the technical documentation of the equipment (design, technology,
documentation on control and testing);
- the documentation on the quality assurance of the equipment production;
- the certification of the manufacturing and control processes, and the
accreditation of the staff realizing the said processes;
- the applied control and measurement and testing equipment;
b) the elaboration of the reports according to the results of the inspection describing
the identified non-compliance with standards;
c) the provision of recommendations on the elimination of the non-compliance;
d) the verification of the elimination of the non-compliance.
The Company is specialized in the implementation of international technical standards,
norms and rules such as ASME, API, ISO, EN, U Directives, etc.

3. Implementation of special requirements on quality assurance (QA) of the equipment

production
The Company proposes services on the implementation of requirements on QA of the

equipment production which are regulated by international standards, norms and rules such as
ASME, API, , and others.
The process of the implementation of QA requirements includes the following:
The verification of the manufacturers current QA documentation, if such documents are absent
QA measures;
The elaboration of reports on the results of the verification that describe the determined noncompliance with requirements of standards, norms and rules;
The provision of recommendations to eliminate the non-compliance;
The verification of the elimination of the non-compliance;
The elaboration of the documentation on QA and events on its introduction as well as the
control over the implementation of the documentation.

4. Carrying out of the evaluation of suppliers to determine their capacities to manufacture

the equipment
The Company provides services on the evaluation of suppliers to determine their

capacity to produce the equipment. The process of the evaluation includes the following:
The evaluation of the technical capabilities of the production, control and test facilities;
The assessment of the critical points of planning, the provision and implementation of the
production;
The evaluation of technology processes;
The evaluation of the staff qualification;
The evaluation of the working environment;
The evaluation measures used to ensure the quality of the production of the equipment (the
assessment of the quality management system);
The evaluation of the financial condition;
The evaluation of the possibility of insurance and crediting of the provider.

5. Management of the deliveries of the equipment

The Company proposes services on the management of the deliveries of the equipment
(management of contracts).
The process of management includes the following:
- the expertise of design and technological documentation;
- the expertise of scheduling of the performance of the contract;
- the verification of the readiness for the start of the production of the equipment;
- the sampling for analysis and testing in independent laboratories;

- the analysis of the causes of inconsistencies and the financial evaluation of
inconsistencies;
- the performance of the monitoring of the implementation of corrective and
preventive actions, the assessment of the effectiveness of action;
- the supervision of the performance of the delivery terms.

requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
The process of the implementation includes the following:

- the development of reports according to the results of the inspection describing
the identified non-compliance with the standard;
- the provision of recommendations to eliminate the non-compliance;
- the verification of the elimination of the non-compliance;
- the development of the quality management system documentation, teaching
the requirements of the standard and the documentation of the system to the staff, as
well as monitoring the implementation of the documentation;
- the preparation of internal auditors of the quality management system.
The systems introduced by the Company have been certified by such well-known bodies
as BV, SGS, TNO, TUV.
