Application fields
TISSOCYL USB is a detergent that covers a wide range of applications. It is used in pretreatment
of cotton, prescouring of synthetic fibres as well as in soaping of printings. The use in both
continuous and discontinuous systems is possible.

Guidelines for application
TISSOCYL USB is dosable and can be added directly to the treatment liquor without prior dilution.
For use on machines with high liquor turbulences the addition of an antifoaming agent may be
necessary.

The time for aftersoapings of printings stated above can vary considerably because it depends
on the machinery conditions and the intensity of the washing process. Aftersoaping in
continuous systems should be carried out by two separate baths before the rinsing operation.
The detergent is added to the second bath.
