RRR FREE UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER It is submitted by Mr. Vijay Hansaria, learned vaSenior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the judgments rendered by the High Court of Guwahati are binding on the High Court of Meghalaya, but vide the impugned order the High Court without considering the binding precedents, has passed the order. sup(cel.) 3959/15 Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the State shall file reply to the same. That apart, Mr. Mukherjee is at liberty to justify the judgment rendered by the High Court of Meghalaya. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks hence. List the matter on 24% August, 2015. It is hereby made clear that no adjournment shall be granted on the next date of hearing.
