List of Provisionally Selected Candidates for Pre Employment Medical Examination


Recruitment for the post of Asstt.(ClasslIl) 2014.
Further to our notice REF NO. CORP.HRM/ASSTT/2014,dtd 29-01-2015 whereby we had published
the schedule of personal Interview of provisionally shortlisted candidates. Based on the performance
of candidates in various parameters as stated in the recruitment advertisement dtd. 17-10-2014, the
following candidates have been Selected [provisional] for pre-employment medical examination.
State wise list of such provisionally selected candidates along with venue for medical examination has
been uploaded on company's website.
Candidates are requested to approach respective HRM Department of Regional Office between
15/0612015 to 19/06/2015 during 11-00 AM to 1-00 pm & 2-30 pm to 4-30 pm on any of the said days.
Candidates will have to bring original testimonials along with selfattested photocopies of the
originals (in duplicate) , as detailed below, and four recent passport size photographs at the
time of reporting for pre-employment medical examination.
1. One Photo-lu (Driving license, PAN Card, Aadhar card, Voter 10 , passport, etc).
2. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLCI Std. X
Certificate with DOB)
3. Marksheets& certificates for Std X, XII and Graduation or equivalent qualification towards parameterof
qualification eligibility as stated in recruitment advertisement.
4. ***Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by
Governmentof India in the case of SCI STI aBC category candidates.
In case of candidates belonging to aBC category, certificate should specifically contain "NON CREAMY
LAYERCLAUSE'based on the income for the financial year 31032014. In addition to this candidate is
also required to submit a declaration as stated in our recruitment advertisement.
5. ***Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons
With Disability category

6. An Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the Service or Discharge book along with
pension payment order and any other relevant documentary proof at the time of medical examination.
Those who are still in defence service should submit a certificate from a competent authority that they
will be relievedfrom defence services, on or before 30.06.2015.
7. Candidates serving in Government / quasi govt offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including
Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions) and other organization are required to produce a "No
Objection certificate" from their employer. Relieving letter is required in case if candidate had already
resigned/Ieft the job.
S. Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility.
***PLEASE NOTE ALL REQUIRED ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATES ARE TO BE PRODUCED IN PRESCRIBED
FORMAT ONLY, AS MENTIONED IN RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT. FOR DETAILED GUIDELINES PLEASE
REFER RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT DTD. 17102014.

The final selection/appointment would be subject to satisfactory medical report and verification
of all certificates pertaining to age, qualification, caste certificate (in case of reserved category
candidates) I disability certificate (in case of "Persons With Disability" candidates), etc as
stated in Recruitment Advertisement dtd. 17102014
Please notg,no travelling expenses will be paid for the medical examination.
No communication shall be entertained from candidates whose names do not appear in the list.

In case the candidate fails to report for medical examination as indicated above, we shall assume that he/she is
not interested in joining the Company and his/her candidature shall stand cancelled automatically without any
reconsideration of the same in future and without any further communication to him/her. No correspondence in
this regard will be entertained.
