H: Lets talk about the health side of things: Is there anything you
recommend or you really think drivers need to keep in mind?
R: You need to get up and stretch. Having something on your
lower lumbar in your seat will help take some of the pressure
off your back. I took the word rest, and I used it as an acronym:
R stands for restGet eight hours of sleep. It supports physical
well-being, alertness and helps reduce stress.
EExercise, stretch. We sit for long periods of time, and its not
good for your back or circulation.

3. Reinsert the dipstick and pull it back out. Check to make sure the
level is above the minimum level indicated on the stick. If it is too
low, add oil by following the owners manual instructions or ask a
mechanic. If the level is fine, youre good to go!
4. Wipe dipstick, and put it securely back into the tube. Close the
hood, and hit the road again!
1. Ladies and gentlemen, check your engines. Uber partners put on a lot of miles. Use a dipstick to measure how
much oil is in the car. Pull, wipe clean, and then remove
to check. Although slightly pricier, using synthetic oil
will save you money in the long run.
2. Take a break and check your brakes. Make sure they are
always functioning properly.
3. Air on the side of caution. Check the air pressure in

psi. Not only does this preserve your tires, it gets better
gas mileage!
4. Wipe the slateand your windshieldclean. Replace
your wipers when they begin to streakits cheap and
easy to do yourself.
5. Keep calm and Uber on. Dont panic over normal wear
and tear, but spend a little time and money proactively
to save additional time and money in the future.

PERSONALIZING
THE PARTNER EXPERIENCE
The goal of Partner Support Centers (PSCs) is to offer you an in-person option for
addressing questions and concerns
MOMENTUM: Whats the goal of the Partner Support Centers?
Robby Bearman: The idea is to ensure we offer world-class support
and to provide a sense of community for partners in their cities.
M: What should partners expect from their PSC?
RB: PSCs are physical locations where new drivers can get activated with Uber, and experienced drivers can find a solution for
anything that might come up. With this option, they can focus all
of their energy on earning an income on the platform.
M: Why is in-person support important for partners?
RB: PSCs are one tool in our ever-growing support tool belt. They
are an option that many partners will find helpful and convenient. Other partner support tools that weve recently launched
and are expanding include Live Chat, phone, and improved web
and in-app self-service.
Robby Bearman
Were always looking for new ways to enhance the driver-partner experience. Your feedback has led to improvements
big and small, from Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) to turn-byturn navigation. Every aspect of the partner experience is designed with partners like you in mind.
But improving the partner experience extends beyond the
appinto the physical space. Partner Support Centers (PSCs)
have been opening up in cities all over. The goal? To improve the
partner experience by providing a high-quality, in-person option for you to get your questions answered and issues resolved.
Leading the effort to expand and enhance the PSC experience
is Robby Bearman. MOMENTUM caught up with him to ask a few
questions about what to expect in the months and years ahead.
