have given necessary guidance at every stage of my training and an opportunity to acquire
practical knowledge & experience of working in corporate which will be very helpful to excel
my career.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

As a management student it is very important to practical training has been incorporating in the
curriculum of MBA, which enable the management student to finalize themselves with the
practical aspects of management. This is very important and beneficial as it cultivates in the
student sense of professionalism and makes them ready to face the real life challenges in their
respective futures. Thus students get theortical aspects in class room and how there are
implemented in practical training in company AARTI DRUGS LDT.

This report basically highlight the study the job satisfaction level of employees regarding salary,
benefits, bonus, job security, training, interpersonal relationship and overall job satisfaction in
AARTI DRUGS LTD . Keeping in mind all the theoretical aspects, as effort is made to find out
the impact of existing manpower planning and job satisfaction of the employees in the company.

From the survey I found out that employees are not satisfied with their supervisor job because
they feel that the supervisor should improve the job performance of the supervisor and overall
job satisfaction level is on an average .the training programmed which is undertaken in AARTI
DRUGS LTD.
