Assist senior project managers with project management activities such as

project reporting, project planning, issue / risk identification and tracking, scope
management, estimation and other project documentation preparation.
Track time, effort and other metrics and ensure on-time, within-budget
completion of projects using Microsoft Project Plan Tool(MSP)
Creating different Project Control Metrics in Microsoft project Plan(MSP) like
Earn Value Management.
Manage scope, time and risk for a group of projects. Maintain status and
communicate to senior management.
Project management via creation and maintenance of project plans (MPP), work
breakdown structures, schedule effort estimation and tracking.
Liaison between customers and internal technical groups to ensure delivery of
projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Ensures project delivery in conformance with company software development
life cycle methodologies.
Monitoring the close-down of individual projects continues until all projects are
completed and closed
Resource Management including Roll on-roll off of resources.
Financial Management reports like Weekly forecast report, Revenue Report,
Bench cost report, trend Analysis report.
To make sure that changes to the processes methods processes are properly
approved; communicated and managed through Change Management process.
Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making
recommendations for improvement
Design and seek agreement on the scope of entire Configuration Management
processes
Provide oversight to ensure projects are in compliance with established
standards
Creating Work Plans lay down detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and
deliverables of the project team, and identifies the resources.
