1. PORT TARIFF
The Port tariffs due in the Au Port correspond to the charges applied to the ship-owner, cargo owner
and/or consignees. The Au Port Administration is responsible for the issuance of such charges.
1.1- Port Access Channel Utilization
These tariffs refer to the use of port facilities constituted by Breakwaters, Channel Access, jetties,
turning basin and navigational aids, including the CCOTM (Operation Control Center of Maritime
Traffic) also known as Maritime Traffic Operating Control Center, which is required by RIPEAM
(SOLAS) and Brazilian Navy Regulation NORMAMs, ensuring safety in maritime traffic.

2. Considerations
The Port administration may charge different tariffs for certain periods as a commercial mechanism.
The Port Support Vessels such as tugs and barges employed in moorings assistance are exempted
from payment of these tariffs.
Warships when not in commercial operations and other vessels provided by law are exempted from
payment of these tariffs.
There will be a tolerance of up to 60 (sixty) minutes after the operation concludes exclusively for the
preparation of unberthing before commencement of the calculation of the fraction of time elapsed
provided in these tariffs.
Vessels will be considered as berthed from the moment the first cable is secured and it will be
considered unberthed the instant in which the last cable is released.
Other Vessels and operations not provided in these tariffs will be subject to commercial negotiations
with the Port Authority.
The deadline of payment shall be 15 days subsequent to invoice issuance .
The tariffs will be adjusted annually in October.
