DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Krista Pacquiao, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of Garcia,
Santiago Dist., PagadianCity, Philippines, hereinafter called the DONOR, and
Jinkey Ranileo, likewise of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of New
Tudela, San Pedro Dist., Pagadian City, Philippines,hereinafter called the
DONEE, witnesseth:
That the DONOR is the owner in fee simple of a certain parcel of land
situated at Sagun St., San Francisco Dist., Pagadian City, Philippines, covered
by Original Certificate No. 1234 of the Register of Deeds of Pagadian City,
Zamboanga del Sur, and more particularly described as follows:
Owner: Krista Pacquiao; Tecnical Descriptions: Lot 1, Csc-09-0500020 to point 4; Equivalent to lot 2345, Pls-123 beginning at a
point marked 1 of Lot 1, Csc-09-05-00020, being
S18^04W,2503.24m. From BLLM no. 7,Pls-143; thence N45^34E,
78.56m. to point 2; S45^34w, 78.24m. to point 3; S15^25E,
67.54m. to point 4; N45^34W, 23.78m. to point 1, point of
beginning; Containiong an area of FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY
TWO (522 Sq. M.) SQUARE METERS.
That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONEE
inspires in the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude, pure liberality and generosity
on her part, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely GIVES, TRANSFERS, and
CONVEYS by way of donation, unto the DONEE, her heirs, assigns, and
successors-in-interest, all of the right, title and interest which said DONOR has in
the

above-described real property, together with all the improvements found

therein, free from all liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever kind.
That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and
validity to this donation, that she has reserved to herself sufficient property, in full

ownership or in usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for her support in

consonance with her standing in society.
That the DONOR further states that for the purpose as expressed in the
next preceding paragraph, that this donation is not made with intent to defraud
her creditors, and that she has sufficient funds and property reserved for herself
and her obligations;

ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in her
favor by the DONOR, and hereby manifests her gratefulness for the latter's
generosity and liberality.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunder subscribed their
names this January 7, 2010 at Pagadian City, Philippines.

Before me on January 7, 2010 personally appeared Krista Pacquiao with

her Community Tax Certificate No. 123 issued in Pagadian City on January 4,
2010 and Jinkey Ranileo with her Community Tax Certificate No. 456 issued in
Pagadian City on January 4, 2010, known to me to be the same persons who
executed the foregoing Deed of Donation and they acknowledged to me that it is
their voluntary act.
