5. DO YOGASANS OR EXERCISE
There are umpteen reasons to exercise in the morning. It energizes you and elevates your metabolism
for the day. Most importantly daily exercising strengthens your vehicle to God and keeps it in good
shape. After all if you have a head ache or fever, for certain you cant think of elevating spiritual
thoughts. So exercise for sometime in the morning and reap the benefits of a healthy body throughout
the day. Swami Mukundanandaji in spite of his busy schedule takes out time for a morning walk every
