All students who are currently registered at a day school planning to register for an Independent Study Course must have
permission from their day school to register and must provide a signed and sealed copy of this form at time of registration.
Summer program starts on July 2, 2015 and ends on August 14, 2015. All course material must be completed and
returned to the Red Hill Learning Centre between July 2, 2015 and August 14, 2014.
Registration is available at the Red Hill Learning Centre, 300 Albright Road (at the corner of Mt. Albion), from June 16,
2015 to July 10, 2015 only. (See Course List page for Hours of Operation)
ALL EXAMS MUST BE WRITTEN BETWEEN AUGUST 17-20, 2015. SIGN UP IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PREFERRED
EXAM DATE AND TIME. Exam times: 8:30 A.M., 11:00 A.M., 1:30 P.M. August 17-20, 2015 only.
If the Summer Independent Study course is not complete, including the final exam, by August 20, 2015 the course will be
marked as incomplete and no mark will be earned. Students may not continue with the course after August 20, 2015.
There is a 2 week delay from the day that work is submitted and/or exams are written before a mark is available. If you
would like to review your marked work prior to writing your exam, it must be submitted by July 31, 2015.
A book deposit of $40.00 per course is payable at the time of registration CASH ONLY.

EVENINGS Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
July and August
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
