flexible, which provides one kind of highly effective work clothes equipment and the
production method for the ships construction. The specific design innovation in the
performance are as follows: 1. Original template used for the supporting body section
is altered to coupling, using coupling's self-locking and adjustable to support the
changes of curved section, may adjust up and down. 2. Fixing active magnetism to
attract the hull surface outside plank, realizes to the hull outside plank automatic
positioning.3.using runner to adjust the horizontal distance to meet the diversification
of sheer drawing of different hull.4Change Fixed bracket to shifting bracket so that it
can be able to move to eyerywhere in Shipyard, causes the small batch, the
multi-variety ships production to realize the simple pipelining.
The article not only gives a comparative detailed description about the method of
design of Flexible Bracket, but also analyzes its innovation and advantages compared
with conventional moulding board Bracket. Then the latter of this paper describes the
key technology, that is the conversion from lines plan of hull to information of
Flexible Bracket. The paper has carried out structure analysis and the optimum
structure study of new equipment Flexible Bracket by using the software of
Pro/MECHANICA. In the process of design, virtual optimal design has been adopted
absolutely, modeling and analysis processed directly in order to make design and
analysis tightly integrated, aiming at achieving intelligent design. The article not only
gives a comparative detailed description about the way of estimation of hull mass,
but also makes an optimum structural design about the frame and coupling using two
different ways according to their complexity. Then, we work out the fittest structure
of Flexible Bracket by checking its strength. The result of this research has developed

ABSTRACT
Due to the rapid changes of manufacturing tasks and production environment,
regardless of the template or tubular shifting bracket are far from being adapted the
development of modern ships. On the one hand, repetitive producing bracket is
time-consuming, labor-consuming, and material-consuming, and affected the shipbuilding
cycle; On the other hand, in the multi-ship manufacturing environment, the shortage of
venues will often take place, at the moment, Series products made and the site of the track
construction for the expansion of the shipyard capacity appears to be particularly urgent. All
the above provide us an effective and practical business needs.
This paper is based on Production Center Shipbuilding Method. Here, bracket is
studied, new equipmentFlexible Bracket we have researched is universal and flexible, the
specific design innovation in the performance are as follows: It can adjust the horizontal and
vertical distance to meet the diversification of sheer drawing of different hull; Change Fixed
bracket to shifting bracket so that it can be able to move to eyerywhere in Shipyard such as
Berth, according to a certain track, and avoid the previous long transportation.
This paper combines a lot of software technology, such as modeling, finite element
analysis, simulation, and other large software. The result of this research has developed
Production Center Shipbuilding Method and Group Technology, enhanced realistic meaning
and theories vale on improving its speed and precision and reducing its cost.
