2015-16 Organizational Goals:
a. To achieve a 100-120 active membership base by the end of AY 2015-2016.
b. To improve or at least maintain the current financial status of the organization.
Fund Target: 65,000- end of first semester

c. To expand the organizations partnership and sponsorship base twice as the current base; while making
these relationships more sustainable (reliability).

d. To widen the scope and revive the organizations scope of influence inside and out of the university through
effective public relations and external & internal promotions.
e. To bolster the essence, perception and impact of the organizations thrust of Social Responsibility through
Business Excellence through more socially relevant and sustainable research and development projects.
f. To create an all-encompassing documentation system that is able to store, sort and access files and records of
the organization for every members perusal (qualified).
g. To bring back the old, deep-rooted glorious years of the organization, by living its Interschool title.

B. Finance Department
a. Establish a cash management procedure that shall ensure accurate and well-controlled receipt and
disbursement of funds.
b. Create a systematic and practical transaction recording system that shall be easily understood by the
executive committee.
c. Organize a financial reporting scheme (monthly, quarterly, etc.) that shall produce financial statements in a
timely and consistent manner.
d. Ensure the safekeeping of financial documents (receipts, vouchers, etc.) for accurate reconciliation.
e. Create at least 4 IGPs placed strategically within the academic year that shall enable the organization to
reach its financial targets.
