MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE

Jason R. Johanson, Esq., counsel of record for defendant eBay Inc. (“eBay”), respectfully

moves this Court for admission pro hac vice of Benjamin Chapman and Michael Rhodes as co-

counsel of record for eBay. In support of this motion, movant represents as follows:

1. Movant, Jason R. Johanson, is a member in good standing of the bar of this Court.

2. Benjamin Chapman is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of

California. Attached hereto as “Exhibit A” is a Certificate of Good Standing concerning

Benjamin Chapman, issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of

California.

3. Michael Rhodes is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of

California. Attached hereto as “Exhibit B” is a Certificate of Good Standing concerning Michael

Rhodes, issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

4. This admission pro hac vice is solely for the purpose of participating in the

representation of eBay. Movant is unaware of any reason why Benjamin Chapman or Michael

Rhodes might be deemed unfit or unqualified for pro hac vice admission to this bar.

5. The affidavits of Benjamin Chapman and Michael Rhodes, as required by Local

Rule 83.2.6E, are attached hereto as “Exhibit C” and “Exhibit D,” respectively.

WHEREFORE, Movant respectfully asks this Court to admit Benjamin Chapman and

Michael Rhodes pro hac vice to this Court to all conditions and obligations that this Court may

deem proper to impose.
