New RUPES filter unit for electric and pneumatic sanders with self-generated dust
extraction: less dust, more benefits.

RUPES, the worldwide benchmark manufacturer of professional and electric tools

and vacuum systems, has expanded its product range of accessories for electric and
pneumatic sanders, with the new filter unit (cod. 80.400/KIT).
This modern unit is been designed for the extraction of dust generated by the sanding
of wood, plastic and metal materials, plaster and every kind of surface.
Suitable for all the machines equipped with self- generated dust extraction, the new
product represents a mix of technology and innovations.
Firstly, the innovative polyester filter, that is able to increase the filtration efficacy,
compared to the traditional woven or paper filter, while extending the lifetime of the
filter itself.
The system allow the user not only to save time needed for the filter replacement,
but also to save costs for the filtering system exchange.
Thanks to the new unit, it is possible to sand for many hours, without replacing the
filter.
The filter distinguishes by its high collection capacity, enabled by the bigger sizes,
and by the presence of a central valve, that preserves the filtering material integrity.
Dust extracted during the sanding process, thanks to the cyclone effect, is pushed
outside the filter container, thus avoiding the filter obstruction.
Fixing on the tool is been maximized via a rubber opening, able to ensure long lasting
performances and a stable coupling to the machine.
The system is been equipped with a spring lock, in order to improve its general safety
and endurance to dust.

The filter unit is supplied as a kit, made by the filter, a woven pouch and a flexible
hose, to allow its usage in every situation, with
the maximum freedom of movement. The hose makes the filter easy to use and
perfectly compatible with the operators movements.
The new filter unit 80.400/ KIT summarises the best RUPES expertise in the
manufacturing of high added value solutions for professional smoothing.
