Internal Auditor training course on QMS

INTRODUCTION:
Auditing a Quality Management system by an
organisations own resources, which is popularly
called as Internal Audit is one of the key
elements of a QMS and is also a requirement of
the standard. It adds value in terms of
continuously determining areas for improvements.
Effective and value adding internal audits are key
to the success of a Management System. To
achieve the best out of these audits, it is very
important that the auditors are adequately trained
to perform these audits

company's quality management systems (QMS)

reporting
the
outcome.
They should be able to determine the adequacy of
conformance to and effectiveness of the system.

Overview of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
Specific focus on auditing the new / changed
requirements from ISO 9001:2008.
Auditing principles and practices
Audit planning and preparation
Identification and reporting of non-conformities
Verification of corrective actions
Role and responsibility of auditors
Practical exercises and workshops
COURSE DURATION
The course duration is two days, with an examination
at the end of second day. The timing of the course
will be:

This course is designed for all levels of


management and those whose responsibility it is
to maintain existing systems and are likely to be
involved in auditing their organisation towards
meeting ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

There will be lunch and tea/coffee breaks during


the course. The detailed timings of the course,
lunch and coffee breaks can be decided prior to
the course and will be adjusted to local habits.

form as soon as the delegates complete the
