Tengo un problema con los paquetes que enviaron el 6 de agosto, mi numero

de orden en su tienda es: 2389-0827-3140, despues de lo que enviaron me
dieron estos 2 codigos ya que han salido en 2 paquetes, los cuales son:
CJ437358327US y CJ437358605US, los paquetes se encontraban en Colombia,
cuando uno de los paquetes con el codigo: CJ437358605US regreso a
SARASOTA, FL 34238, se hablo con la empresa USPS y nos supieron decir que
verifiquemos la direccion que ustedes les brindaron.
Hemos pasado bastantes problemas desde la compra en su local, y ahora con
el envio, nosotros pagamos $205,70 para que la compra llegue lo mas pronto a
nuestro destino.
La compra que hicimos en su local fue de un total de $1744,66 que no seria
justo ese dinero se pierda sin que los paquetes llegue.
Queria ver de que forma nos pueden ayudar, primero si me pueden decir que
es lo que contiene cada una de las cajas y el peso con el que se enviaron, y
confirmando la direccion que ustedes le dieron. Para yo posteriormente
dirigirme a la empresa USPS con los datos exactos.
