Introduction:

➢ Founded by Abdul Rasheed Bhatti in 1967.


➢ The present executive is Afzal Rasheed.
➢ Its history shows that due to their successful management,
market strategy and fair price and as well as sustainable quality
products enable them to capture the intelligence of customers
and market.
➢ Location bearing strategic focal place of the twin city of
Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
➢ Their potential customers include hotels, retailers ,households
and retailers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
➢ The production process are carried out through high profile
technology and modern management practices with knowledge
based supervision.
➢ We also interviewed and question in the open market
Islamabad where the retailers declared highly demanded flour
bags as compare to competitors in term of quality and price but
the quality tag is the entity of the organization.
➢ The entity even in the crises period maintained where the
shortage grapple the country.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process comprises of the following steps:
➢ First of all the flour mill purchasing branch use to buy wheat
from the food department PRC Rawalpindi.
➢ The wheat is then transported from Rawalpindi to Islamabad
where the production unit lies.
➢ The wheat is then process through different machines first of
all it passes through horde pipes.
➢ It is sent to washing tank.
➢ After washing tank process it enters the air lock high pressure
fan chamber in which the wheat is dried.
➢ There after the air lock chamber the dried wheat is sent to the
shifter chamber which spanks flour from wheat.
➢ As the flour is separated from the wheat then this flour is sent to
the packing unit through a large pipe. Here in packing chamber
the flour is packed in packs of different sizes.
➢ In the last process the packed packages are finally checked
and inspected by the related supervisor and then sent to
warehouse.
LABOURS AND OTHER EXPENCE:
The flour mills have total 75 workers in different departments. This
75 include both the direct and indirect labour.

Direct labour:
➢ 65 labours which are directly involved in the production
process.
➢ Each labour is taking Rs=\7000 per month without overtime.

Indirect labour:

The indirect labour consists of the supervisors and managers. This


staff includes 10 people. 5 clearks and the other prominent staff
members are:

Managers:
Purchase manager Mr.Asadullah Khan

Sales manager Mr.Nisar Ashraf


Each having salary of Rs 40000
Supervisors:

Washing supervisor Mr.Abdul GHAFAR.


Warehouse supervisor Mr.Shehzad Ali

Production senior incharge Mr Jhanzeb Hassan


Each supervisor having salary of Rs 15000

FACTORY OVERHEAD:

Electricity expense Rs60 per 100kg


Transport expense Rs9 per 100kg bag

Loading and unloading charges Rs4 per 100kg bag
