Ambassador Overview & Responsibilities

Hello.

Welcome to The Vue and may we add, congratulations on your new role. You were selected out of hundreds
of candidates to be our unique employee. We are excited to have you as part of our team and look forward to
following your Vue experience socially and in-person over the next six months.

Your role.

Your role as an employee is not that of the traditional definition in that you technically do not work for The
NRP Group. In fact, you are more of an ambassador. You will report to Hello LLC, the agency that supports
NRP and The Vue in particular. You will meet with Hello at least once per week (more if needed; times to be
determined) and remain in constant communication throughout the campaign.
In exchange for being our ambassador, you will receive free rent in an unfurnished unit of our choice for six
months. You will be responsible for utilities. You will also sign a modified lease with us just like any other
tenant acknowledging that you will care for this unit and maintain it (i.e. be responsible for any damage, etc.).
Prior to becoming our official ambassador, you will go through a training session with our team to gain a
better understanding of the property, its benefits and differentiators, and social media best practices.

Bring to life socially what life is like at The Vue

Tweet daily
Share 3 5 images per week on Instagram
Write one post per week on a personal blog, or one created for the website
Support the concierge and/or manager with ideating and/or coordinating employee events
Write content for the resident e-newsletter or other appropriate form of internal communication
Be present and active within Beachwood and Cleveland
Be in-the-know (e.g. local happening, unique events, etc.)
Get to know residents and staff; form relationships and get people involved in Vue-related events
Be a cheerleader for The Vue
Maintain ongoing communication with Hello

You are an extension of our team and brand. As such, we expect you to act as we would. Specifically, that
means we expect you to always use your best judgment, practice common sense, be a positive advocate for
us, be friendly, cordial and outgoing to fellow residents and staff, helpful, courteous and practice common
sense when sharing anything socially related to The Vue, NRP or its affiliates. Specifically:

Avoid social sharing after 10 p.m. or when drinking

Do not use any questionable language socially
Do not insult any staff, residents or others socially (or in-person)
Do not post any questionable pictures

Termination.

Hello LLC and The NRP Group reserve the right to terminate your role as ambassador at any time should
you not meet standard Vue tenant guidelines or adhere to this employment contract. In the event of
termination, you would be required to vacate the unit.
