1.3 Items for Hardware Acceptance

Item

Acceptance Contents and Acceptability

Result

Cabinets must be put into places designated in the design shop

drawing (or required by the user).
The reserved space around the cabinet for maintenance should meet
the equipment requirements.
Racks must be installed fixedly, with vertical and horizontal
deviations less than 0.1 of the rack height.
Racks in a row should be closely arranged in an orderly way. And the
gap between the racks should not be greater than 3 mm.
Rack

No parts of racks should fall off or be damaged or lost. The rack paint

installation

coating should be in good state, and the various device marks should

acceptance

be correct, clear and complete.

Racks must be fixed to the ground with expansion bolts, and to the
upper beam of the column conduit with clamps.
All fasteners must be screwed down. The part of the same type screws
that is shown out of the screw caps must be in the same height.
