Section2.NaturalborncitizensarethosewhoarecitizensofthePhilippinesfrombirthwithouthavingto
performanyacttoacquireorperfecttheirPhilippinecitizenship.ThosewhoelectPhilippinecitizenship
inaccordancewithparagraph(3),Section1hereofshallbedeemednaturalborncitizens.

partylistrepresentativesshallbefilled,asprovidedbylaw,byselectionorelectionfromthelabor,
peasant,urbanpoor,indigenousculturalcommunities,women,youth,andsuchothersectorsasmaybe
providedbylaw,exceptthereligioussector.
