RFID Based Spool Tracking System

About Client
The client ABJ Engineering is the one of the main spool (Pipes) fabrication
company in Kuwait. They are the subsidiary company of Khorafi National and
mainly they are doing the projects for OIL & GAS industry.

About Solution
The most difficult aspect of a big oil and gas project is the planning of spools. A
serial set of spool (a pipe line) is so easy to fabricate and install. A few hundred is

still manageable, that means you can still plan it in sequential order without so
much time spent and so many people involved. But when it comes to thousands
of spool to be fabricated and installed and is happening at the same time, things
will turn out to be complicated.
It was a very tedious job to find out the status of spools...

What are the spools need to be manufacture?

What are the spools are currently in QC department?
What are the spools delivered?
And So on...

As a solution to this problem, we have developed a RFID based tracking system

to track & monitor the spools.

Diwan Amiri is a government organization and they do have a library for their
community members.

About Solution
The main aim of this project is to implement library management system by
maintaining the database for issuing or returning the books. The purpose of this
project is to identify the authorized member using RFID card and to check the
status of the each and every book whether it is issued or not using RFID
technology.
