period due to Contract of work to this client is for specific period.
It is reported / observed against you that,
1) You have been employed as a ----------- in the Company and your duty calls for
punctual and regular attendance but you do not observe your duty hours strictly
nor you are regular in attendance,
2) Further you have remained absent without obtaining prior sanction of leave or

4) Inspite of several warning given to you ,you have been found to be in the habit of
leaving the duty place during the duty hours without prior permission from your
immediate superior,
5) It is reported against you that while on duty ------hrs, on------ you misbehaved with

explain your conduct about the faculty operation of the --------machine \ work on
this , you told the supervisor that you know the operation of the said machine/
work much better than him.
7) Following a complaint received about insubordination in refusing to carry out the
direction of your supervisor on -----------(Date),at -------(time) coupled with your
indulgence in rudeness and improper behavior , it has become imperative to take
disciplinary action.
8) The supervisor of your department has reported that you have misbehaved with
him by disobeying and violating his lawful orders.

9) It is reported that in spite of clear instructions, you are not discharging your duties
properly and efficiently.
10)Whereas you have been persistently engineering all sorts of indiscipline amongst
the workers and intimating those who do not follow your approach to the
detriment of the interest of discipline, good name, reputation and goodwill which
the company enjoys, you have also extended your agitation and militant activities
amongst other workers.
11) By your aforesaid activities, the company has been subjected to heavy financial
losses.
12)However on going through your past record and considering the nature of the
misconduct committed by you and all other relevant facts and circumstances, you
are hereby terminating from services of the company with immediate effect.
13)In view of the exceptional circumstances as stated above, the management is left
with no alternative but to dispense with holding of enquiry against you since it is
not practicable because of the aggravating circumstances as created by you,
According on the basis of the charges as leveled against you, your services are
terminating with immediate effect. The management reserves the right to lead
evidence before the Labour court / Industrial Tribunal / Government Authorities if
you raise an industrial dispute and the same is referred for adjudication.
14)Your final payment of dues including wages for one month in lieu of notice will be
made to you in the office on any working day.
