Working Features
The dosing pump is activated by a PTFE membrane mounted on a piston

and electromagnet. When the piston of the electromagnet is attracted, a

pressure is produced in the pump body with an expulsion of liquid from the
discharge valve. Once the electric impulse is finished a spring brings the
piston back to the initial position, with a recall of liquid through the suction
valve.

Product Description
The plate heat exchanger is a high efficient heat exchanger that is built
with a series of stacked metal plates with certain corrugated switches. Thin
rectangular channels are formed among the plates and heat is exchanged
through the plates.
Product Features
Efficient and energy saving. Its heat transfer coefficient is 3000-4500kcal/
m2.Ch. Its thermal efficiency is 3-5times higher than shell-and-tube
heat exchanger.
Compact structure. The plates of the plate heat exchanger are closely
stacked together so that the plate heat exchanger only needs small space
in comparison with other types heat exchanger.
Easy to clean and disassemble. The plate within the heat exchanger is
clamped by the clamping bolt. You can easily disassemble and open the
unit for cleaning at any time. At the same time clean plates enable a high
degree of turbulence which helps to avoid furring forming.
Titanium sheet
Long service life. The plate heat exchanger uses titanium alloy plates. It is
high corrosion resistant. The interface pads can be easily replaced. It is also
easy to disassemble for maintenance purpose.
Adaptability. The plates of the heat exchanger are independent
components. You can increase or reduce the flow as required. The
operation is flexible.
Application Principle
The required temperature of the system is maintained by adjusting the steam

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Inception of the Agreement
a. The company Emaux Swimming Pool Equipment
Co., Ltd., hereafter referred as the Seller, shall
on its own letterhead and containing the General
Conditions stated hereafter.
b. The contractual relations between the Seller and
the Buyer shall be bound exclusively by the present
General Conditions of Sale.
c. Other conditions may not be applied on the Seller
except further to its own written consent.
2. Minimum Order
a. If the Buyer places an order for an amount less than
USD300, then the Buyer will be assessed a USD50
processing fee.
3. Offers Estimates
a. Unless stated otherwise, all offers made by the Seller
shall be without obligation in all respects.
b. Any information provided by the Seller in its price
lists, catalogues, prospectuses and/or any other
document is given as an indication only.
c. The Seller can make changes to products without

procedure can be requested from our administrative
department at any time.
5. Charges and Payment
a. The price of Goods is exclusive of all costs and
charges of packaging, insurance, transport of the
of the payment for the Goods, which all financial
charges shall be paid by the Buyer.
b. On the price quoted and any partial or total amount
do not include any tax, VAT or customs clearance
duties thats Buyer responsibility to pay and clear
under his local laws.
c. The Seller reserves the right to increase the price of
the goods, by giving notice to the Buyer at any time
the goods to Seller that is due to:
i. any request by the Buyer to change the delivery
date, quantities or types of goods ordered, or the
ii. any factors beyond the reasonable control
of the Seller(including foreign exchange

manufacturing costs)
iii. any delay caused by the Buyers instruction in
respect of the Goods or failure of the Buyer to give
the Seller adequate or accurate information or
instructions in respect of the Goods.
d. Any grant of credit terms must be agreed in advance
in writing by the Seller. Full payment is then due in
accordance with the agreed credit terms.
e. The Seller has the right to withdraw credit at any

time by giving written notice to the Buyer in which
case all amounts due from the Buyer shall become
immediately due and payable
f. The Seller shall invoice the Buyer for the Goods. The
Buyer shall pay each invoice in full to a bank account
nominated in writing by the Seller in accordance with
any agreed credit terms.
g. Without limiting any other right or remedy of the
Seller, if the Buyer fails to make any payment due to
the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall have the
right to charge interest on the overdue amount at
the rate of 1.5 percent per month accumulating on a
daily basis from the due date until the date that the
full payment of the overdue amount is received.
h. The Buyer shall pay all amounts due under the
contract in full without any deduction or withholding.
Only if the Seller issues a credit to the Buyer, the Buyer
can then withhold payment in which the withholding
amount is not more than the amount stated on the
credit note.
6. Title and Risk
a. Title to the Goods shall remain vested in the Seller and
shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for
the Goods has been paid in full and received by the
Seller. Until title to the Goods has passed to the Buyer:
i. the Seller shall have authority to retake, sell or
otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any
part of the Goods;
ii. the Seller and its agents and employees shall be
entitled at any time and without the need to give
notice enter upon any property upon which the
Goods or any part are stored, or upon which the
Seller reasonably believes them to be kept;
the Buyer shall store or mark the Goods in a
manner reasonably satisfactory to the Seller
indicating that title to the Goods remains vested in
the Seller; and
iii. the Buyer shall insure the Goods to their full
replacement value, and arrange for the Seller to
be noted on the policy of insurance as the loss
payee.
b. Irrespective of whether title to the Goods remains
vested in the Seller, risk in the Goods shall pass to the
Buyer upon delivery or collection of Goods (for exfactory term).
c. The Buyer shall not be entitled to pledge or in any
way charge by way of security for any indebtedness
the Goods remain the property of the Seller,
otherwise all monies owing by the Buyer to the Seller
shall become immediately due and payable
7. Cancellation
Without limiting its other rights or remedies, the Seller
reserve the right to cancel any transaction by full
right if the Buyer breach any of the terms, or delay
partial or total payment of the order, or delay in the
payment of previous orders. If the Buyer cancels
an order or any part of an order, without prior
agreement, Buyer agrees to pay the Seller handling
fee equivalent to 20% of value of the goods affected
by the cancellation or the deposit paid by the Buyer
(whichever is higher), without limiting Sellers right to
claim the damages caused by the cancellation of
the order.

WARRANTY POLICY
1. Claim: Customer contacts Emaux salesperson and

provides completed details of the claim which

number(s) and serial number(s)

incident will then be reviewed by Emauxs Quality
Department following the Emaux Warranty Policy in
the 2015 Emaux Product Catalogue.
3. Conclusion: After the investigation is completed,
Emaux will inform the distributor accordingly.
Warranty Obligation
Emaux Swimming Pool Equipment Co., Ltd. warrants any
of above items from workmanship and/or material(s).
Should a defect become evident during the term of
warranty, Emaux Swimming Pool Equipment Co., Ltd.
will, at its option, repair or replace such item or part at
its own cost and expense. Customer will need to follow
the warranty claim procedures from Emaux Swimming
of this warranty.
Emaux Swimming Pool Equipment Co., Ltd. is not,
however, responsible under this warranty for any cost
of shipping or transportation of the equipment or parts
thereof to or from our technical operations. Emaux
is not able to liable for any loss of time, inconvenience,
incidental expenses such as labor cost, phone calls,
legal cost or material cost incurred in connection with
the replacement or removal of the equipment, or any
other consequential or incidental damage on persons
or assets. Emaux Swimming Pool Equipment Co., Ltd. will
stop due to the non-conformity product equipment. No
indemnity or damages can be claimed on any account
whatever.
Warranty or Representations by Others

6. Damage caused by failure to maintain water
chemistry in conformity with the standards of the
swimming pool industry for any length of time.
7. Damage caused by water freezing inside the
product.
8. Accidental damage, fire or other circumstances
outside the control of Emaux Swimming Pool
Equipment Co., Ltd.
9. Items had been repaired or altered in any way by
any person that is not authorized by Emaux Swimming
Pool Equipment Co., Ltd.
10. Wear & tear parts.
No dealer or other person has authority to make

any warranty or representation concerning Emaux
Swimming Pool Equipment Co., Ltd. or its products.
Accordingly, Emaux Swimming Pool Equipment
Co. Ltd. is not responsible for any such warranty or
representation.
