Preface

Business environments are becoming more and more complex with the passage of time to
understand and deal with such riddle phenomena; one needs a lot of energy and knowledge.
So- business education has become an evolving science, which helps to solve the business
problems. Academic education provides a general knowledge about business decision and
policies.
This internship as an integral part of M.I.B. program provides the opportunity of peeping into
real professional life of the business people.
It enables us to evaluate and understand the practical application of all the terms and techniques
that we have studied during our course work.
I was assigned to complete my internship comprising practical work of 4 week; at Sangam India
limited, Bhilwara, in this internship report Ive tried my level best to explain each and every
significant aspect of the branch comprehensively.

Acknowledgement
A summer project is a golden opportunity for learning and self development. I consider
myself very lucky and honored to have so many wonderful people lead me through in
completion of this project.
I wish to express my indebted gratitude and special thanks to Shri Jyotirmay Garg
(Vice President of Export Department ) Sangam (India) ltd. Bhilwara" who in spite of
being extraordinarily busy with his duties, took time out to hear, guide and keep me on
the correct path and allowing me to carry out my industrial project work at their esteemed
organization and extending during the training. I do not know where I would been
without him.

I express my deepest thanks to Shri Radhe Goyal for taking part in useful decision &
giving necessary advices and guidance and arranged all facilities to make life easier. I
