How to Define Call Drop?

Normally CN will trigger release procedure after a service
is over.
For release triggered by RNC, if the release reason is one
of the following, it is not defined as call drop.
User inactivity
UE generated signaling connection release

If RNC triggers release procedure but the reason is not

one of the previous two, it is defined as call drop.

How to Get the Call Drop Reason?

If RNC triggers release request abnormally, it will tell CN the
reason of release request and then the corresponding counter
will be triggered. So these counters can be used to analyze the
call drop reason.
