plant for FABRICATION and HOT DIP GALVANIZING(Reliable Sponge Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-III ) at Sagjore, Post-Balanda,
Rourkela, District Sundargarh, Odisha, PIN -770031.

process, Our expertise lies in offering these in different specifications to choose from as per the Specific
application needs of customers, our rich industry experience and services of team of competent
professionals in our field of operation also ensures delivering superior quality as well as economical
solutions that successfully meet Specific demands of our customer.

Production FacilitiesWe have two fabrication shops 80mtr long x 22mtr wide for mass production fully equipped
with latest Angle Line CNC (Ficep, Italy Make),Hydraulic Machines, Pneumatic Machines in six
different lines of fabrication & material handling equipments to undertake fabrication up to 3000
MT per month, Sufficient and developed space for Proto assembly, Raw & Finished materials yard,
(Open space more than 10 acre for future Expansion),Hot dip Galvanizing plant is 101mtr long and
22mtr. Wide with a modern Galvanizing furnace,
comprised process data recording , Gal. Capacity 3000 mt per month, Automatic Effluent
Treatment Plant/Fumes Extraction System having capacity 4kl per hr. Details of process tank are
