Exhibition of Indian Universities in Khartoum

CURRENCY RATES

Khartoum - Indian universities and institutes of higher education and research have made significant
contribution in research and development in the areas ranging from biotechnology to ocean engineering. In
traditional subjects like arts and humanities, pure sciences, applied physics, chemistry and mathematics,
India universities and institutes of higher studies have been playing a leading role. The country has also been
active in the development of space technology, production and launching of indigenous satellites and
development of peaceful nuclear energy. Besides, India is also recognized the world over for its information
technology talent.
India has a large number of international students coming from all parts of the world to pursue their desired
careers in Indian institutions. Colleges also make efforts to help foreign students feel at home and help them to
integrate with the rest of the student community. International students enjoy their stay in India, for it
provides them ample opportunities to explore the country to its fullest.
It is reported that there are more than 30000 Sudanese who have studied in Indian Universities and that at
any given point of time there are more than 3000 Sudanese students studying in India.
Keeping the above background into consideration Chartered Exhibition & Media (P) Limited (CEMPL) are
organizing an Exhibition of some of the Indian Universities at the Old Embassy of India premise in Khartoum
from 13th to 15th June from 5pm to 10pm. The Ambassador of India H.E. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Verma will be
inaugurating the Exhibition on 13th June at 5pm. Mrs. Sukanya Seshadri and Mr.Hitesh Paraja, Directors of
CEMPL who have been relentlessly working behind the exhibition said that this exhibition which they have
named Indian Education Expo 2015 is a great opportunity for aspiring students and their parents to directly
talk to the Universities who will be showcasing the facilities, courses and fee structures during these three
days.
