Information regarding any existing consent decrees, injunctions or settlement agreements that materially aff
ownership of the property;
Summary and documents including the status, orders etc of all litigation, investigation or government (bodie
agencies) enquiry.
Taxes
Details of applicable taxes on the property including property tax, municipal tax, ground rent, panchayat tax a
other taxes, levies and charges payable to any authority or municipality or body ("Taxes");
Details of the Taxes paid, outstanding or payable;
Documents relating to payment of the Taxes.
Facilities
Details of the Facilities including electricity, water, power, generator or any other facilities on the Property;
Details of the licenses/ registration/ approvals obtained in respect of the Facilities on the Property.
