Part 4: You saw this note on the community watch website about a new street light system
that was to be installed in the area.
Dear residents,
I am writing to inform you that the plan to erect ten new street lights along the area of
DFT will be delayed for some time due to government funding. We apologize for the
delay and hope to inform you of any progress in this matter soon.
