Short Description
Advance Planning Visit APV will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia between 27 - 29 June. During
APV detailed time table of the YE will be planned by leaders with the support of hosting
organization. Leaders who will come on APV, have to come also on Youth Exchange project in
July. This is very important for the final result of project. So please make sure, that you will
inform leader about the project rules beforehand.

Its obligatory that Leader attending APV participates in the YE as a group of leader.

Youth Exchange - Second Step of Healthy Lifestyle will bring together 41 youngsters from
8 EU and EECA countries and the main target group will be youth workers, volunteers, people who
are interested in the topic and dancers. Youngsters with fewer opportunities: in each group there
will be at least 1 people with fewer opportunities (youngsters coming from the rural aeries, or
youth having economical or social challenges). Leaders will have chance to use theoretical
background of the APV and share it with others. Than all participants of YE will be able to lead
same kind of sessions with children and youngsters, sharing, working together on different dances
and at the end of the project organizing the common performance for the local society. It will be a
good example of peer education.

The main aims and objectives of the project are:
To identify and understand the differences and common points of cultures the participants come
from;
To promote healthy lifestyle, art and self-expression among youngsters;

To accept, understand the importance and respect various cultures, religions and views;

manage living and working together with people from different social, economic and cultural
backgrounds;
To foster mutual support and strengthen a solution-oriented attitude among the participants.

In order to reach project aims, we chose


more particular topic for the project Dancing. The main purpose of dancing is
expressing yourself, trying to make what you
feel a visible thing; we can dance for health
and exercise benefits, as a spiritual
expression or simply to connect socially.

Main Target Group


In accordance with the project aim, for the Youth Exchange SECOND STEP OF HEALTHY
LIFESTYLE main target group of the project will be youngsters, who have just finished university
or college (depends on the Educational System of the partner country) who are students, youth
workers, volunteers, people who is interested in the topic and dancers. It is strongly recommended
from the organizers to be selected at least 1 youngster coming from the rural aeries, or youth
having economical or social challenges and youngsters who have not participated in Erasmus + or
YiA project more than 2 times.
Age limit of participants for YE: From 18 to 30 years old (Leaders: above 18);
Please make sure that you keep gender balance when selecting the participants for both
projects!

Main criteria for the selection process:


- Background and interest in the project topic
- High motivation for participation
- Follow up activities- how they plan to use knowledge and experience gained during projects
- Experience in dance is recommended for Youth Exchange!

According to the project design each partner organization has to involve 1 participant for YE with
fewer opportunities; participants having following background:

Cultural differences
Economic obstacles
Social obstacles
Geographical obstacles

Practical Information:
Dates:
Advance Planning Visit - APV: 27 June 29 June, 2015. (One leader from each country); 29th
of June will be departure day;
Youth Exchange: 24 July 31 July, 2015. Arrival time is 24th of July; Departure day 31st July,
after breakfast. (5 participant per country - 1 leader (from APV) + 4 participants per
country.

Venue: Ureki, Georgia.

Ureki (Georgian: ) is a town and a seaside climatic resort in the Ozurgeti District of Georgias
Guria region, on the Black Sea coast, situated 60 km from Batumi and approximately 300 km from
the nations capital Tbilisi. Located meters above the sea level, it has a population of ,

all-Georgia Census).

Accommodation:
The YE will be hosted by the Hotel Prima 3 . As the
project is funded in the frame of Erasmus+, the
accommodation and food are 100% covered during the
project period. (Please inform us beforehand if you
have any special needs: Vegetarian, Allergic, diabetic,
etc.).
3-4 persons of the same sex and different
nationalities will share the rooms.
Internet: is available only in the lobby and conference
room.

Working language: English.


Special needs: Please let us know before the projects starts if you have any kind of special
needs (regarding the food, allergy, etc.) through online participants list.

Use of alcohol:
during the project will be forbidden; the only exceptions will be made for cultural evenings but in this
case the amount will be controlled. Promoters decided to allow 2 liters of alcohol for each country;

Project costs& Reimbursement:


No participation fee.
100% of accommodation, food and transportation during the project will be covered with
the support of ERASMUS+.

It is necessary for participants to have travel and health insurance (not covered by project).
All the necessary information about the reimbursement procedures and documents,
participants need to provide will be sent as reimbursement guide later. (such as travel
document invoice from sending organizations and etc.)
According to the new rules of Erasmus+, the maximum amount that we can reimburse for each
representative of the country is indicated below in the table.
