Adding a workstation

Attention: Go to CCT Console to add workstations.


1. On the CCT Web Administration client, right-click Workstations.
2. Click Add new Workstation.
3. In the Workstation Name box, type a name for the Workstation.
4. Click Save.

Deleting a workstation
1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the details pane, locate the workstation to delete, and click Delete.
A Confirm Deletion dialog box appears.
3. Click Yes.

Assigning a workstation to a terminal


Avaya Communication Control Toolkit supports user hot desking (agent
roaming)..
1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, select Provider, Terminals.
All terminals appear in the details pane.
3. In the details pane, locate the terminal, and click it.
The terminal details appear in the details pane.
4. Expand the Workstation assignment section.
5. From the Workstation list, select the workstation.
6. Click Save.

Adding a terminal
Attention: Go to CCT Console to add terminals.
1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, under Providers, right-click Terminals.
3. Click Add new Terminal.
The Terminal details appear in the details pane.
4. In the Name box, type a name for the terminal.
5. From the Terminal Type list, select one of the following terminal types:

Agentan agent in a contact center

Knowledge Workeran user configured in a direct connect


system

6. Select the Enabled check box to enable this Terminal.


7. In the Provider-Specific section, select one or more line features, select
the check box for each of the following:

3-party conference (A03)

6-party conference (A06)

Call Transfer (TRN)

Call Forward (CFW)

Analog set

8. Click Save.

Deleting a terminal
1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the details pane, locate the terminal to delete, and click Delete.
A Confirm Deletion dialog box appears.
3. Click Yes.

Assigning a terminal to a terminal group


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, click Groups, Terminal Groups.
All terminal groups appear in the details pane.
3. In the details pane, locate the terminal group, and click it.
The terminal group details appear in the details pane.
4. Expand the Terminal assignments section.
The available terminals and assigned terminals appear in the details pane.
5. Select the terminal to assign to this terminal group.
6. Click the right-arrow button to move Available Resources to Assigned
Resources.
The selected terminals now appear in the list of assigned terminals.
7. Click Save.

Assigning a terminal to a user or user group


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, click Users.
All users appear in the details pane.

3. In the details pane, locate the user and click on it.


The user details appear in the details pane.
4. Expand the Terminal Assignments section.
The available terminals and assigned terminals appear in the details pane.
5. Select the terminals to assign to this user.
6. Click the right-arrow button to move Available Resources to Assigned
Resources.
The selected terminals now appear in the list of assigned terminals.
7. Click Save.

Adding a user group


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, under Groups, right-click User Groups.
3. Click New User Group.
The User Group details appear in the details pane.
4. In the Name box, type a name for the user group.
5. Click Save.

Deleting a user group


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the details pane, locate the user group to delete, and click Delete.
A Confirm Deletion dialog box appears.
3. Click Yes.

Adding an address

Attention: Go to CCT Console to add addresses.


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, under Providers, right-click Addresses.
3. Click Add new Address.
The Address details appear in the details pane.
4. In the Name box, type a name for the address.
5. In the URI box, type a URI for the address.
6. Select the Enabled check box to enable the address.
7. From the Type list, select one of the following: Basic, Agent, or Route
Point.
8. Click Save.

Deleting an address
1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the details pane, locate the address to delete, and click Delete.
A Confirm Address Deletion dialog box appears.
3. Click Yes.

Assigning an address to an address group


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, click Groups, Address Groups.
All address groups appear in the details pane.
3. In the details pane, locate the address groups, and click it.
The address group details appear in the details pane.
4. Expand the Address assignments section.
The available addresses and assigned addresses appear in the details
pane.

5. Select the addresses to assign to this address group.


6. Click the right-arrow button to move Available Resources to Assigned
Resources.
The selected addresses now appear in the list of assigned addresses.
7. Click Save.

Assigning an address to a terminal


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane, click Provider, Terminals.
All terminals appear in the details pane.
3. In the details pane, locate the terminal, and click it.
The terminal details appear in the details pane.
4. Expand the Address assignments section.
The available addresses and assigned addresses appear in the details
pane.
5. Select the addresses to assign to this terminal.
6. Click the right-arrow button to move Available addresses to Assigned
addresses.
The selected addresses now appear in the list of assigned addresses.
7. Click Save.

Assigning an address to a user or user group


1. Expand CCT Web Administration client.
2. In the tree-view pane select Users.
All users appear in the details pane.
3. In the details pane, locate the user and click it.
The user details appear in the details pane.

4. Expand the Address Assignments section.


The available addresses and assigned addresses appear in the details
pane.
5. Select the addresses to assign to this user.
6. Click the right-arrow button to move Available Resources to Assigned
Resources.
The selected addresses now appear in the list of assigned addresses.
7. Click Save.
