SincetheACLUpolicyisthatprostitutionshouldnotbemadecriminal,solicitationforprostitutionis
entitledtotheprotectionoftheFirstAmendment.

TheACLUreaffirmsitspolicyfavoringremovalofcriminalpenaltiesforprostitutionandinsupportof
totalsexualfreedomamongconsentingadultsinprivate."
