Deploring the persecution,killings,bullying ,harrassmentand discrimination of
LGBT people
Affirming that every human has the right to enjoy the full range of human
rights, regardless of their sexual orientation
Deeply disturbed by the fact that LGBT people are not allowed to work in the
military and many a times are refused the right to adopt a child
Expressing its satisfaction of different organizations efforts of protecting and
promoting the rights of LGBT people

1.Calls for the creation of a new organisation, which will investigate the
statistics of all killings committed for any discriminatory reason, including
sexual orientation or gender identity, and work on developing practical
methods to reduce this number in joint collaboration with all member states
involved by :

holding an annual conference where all involved member states would


come together to agree upon the revision of laws so as to reduce such
persecution; including LGBT rights

evaluating all cases of the year, including LGBT cases, in order to


specify which factors are responsible for the genocide or targeted
killings by interacting directly with authorities organizing this criminal
activity and aiding all the victims

criticizing all nations who have a high rate of abuse for LGBT people

2.Requests that all member states incorporate within their legislation the
fact that all people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity,
should be able to enjoy the full range of human rights, without exception.
3.Create trained and paid community vigilance committess that will serve as
an ispection force, consisting of willing members of the community and other
specially trained individuals, to seek out establishments practicing
discrimination on all people, icluding LGBT people such as but not limited to:

punishment by death, imprisonment, flogging, bullying or harrassment

based on a person's gender identity

discrimination on employment such as the right to work in military.

4.Urges all member states to incorporate revised laws regarding the LGBT
people such as but not limited to:

legalizing same-sex marriage

giving all LGBT people the right to adopt children regardless of their
sexual identity

5.Declares that all forms of torture to the LGBT people is an offence because
these acts do not lie parallel to the articles of the Human Rights Charter and
any country found to be doing so will have to bear with the financial penalties
enjoined upon such activities.
6.Urges all member states to increase and proliferate education specifically
about the history of LGBT people, their rights, and all the prosecution that
this group has been through to teach the youth to achieve goals such as:

Human rights are universal and are not indifferent to people's choice of
their gender

equality and unity does not single out LGBT people

anti-discrmination and decriminalizing of LGBT people stands


necessary for any progress to be made regarding human rights

7.Urges all United Nations Organizations , Non-Governmental Organizations


and all member states to cooperate in spreading awareness of the LGBT
rights through ways such as but not limited to:

seminars and conferences

talk shows and public campaigns

arrange lectures with faith organizations to arrange discussion and


foster deep understanding of the foundation of human rights so that
the communuty may better be able recognize just and fair practices

distribute materials tha explain human rights in the light of Universal


Declaration of human rights

condemning the support of groups that promote the discrimination of


LGBT people

8.Recommends accordingly nations that are against the LGBT people due to
religious issues that they interact with governments of other nations willing
to accept such people and help in their immigration financially and morally
without degrading their dignity in any form.
9.Calls for the creation of medical aid centres in all nations; to provide
medical and psychological support to victims of discrimination and
decriminalization, including the LGBT people by providing a package of health
services to affected LGBT people, icluding stays in rehabilitation cetres.
