1.Calls for the creation of a new organisation, which will investigate the
statistics of all killings committed for any discriminatory reason, including
sexual orientation or gender identity, and work on developing practical
methods to reduce this number in joint collaboration with all member states
involved by :
criticizing all nations who have a high rate of abuse for LGBT people
2.Requests that all member states incorporate within their legislation the
fact that all people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity,
should be able to enjoy the full range of human rights, without exception.
3.Create trained and paid community vigilance committess that will serve as
an ispection force, consisting of willing members of the community and other
specially trained individuals, to seek out establishments practicing
discrimination on all people, icluding LGBT people such as but not limited to:
4.Urges all member states to incorporate revised laws regarding the LGBT
people such as but not limited to:
giving all LGBT people the right to adopt children regardless of their
sexual identity
5.Declares that all forms of torture to the LGBT people is an offence because
these acts do not lie parallel to the articles of the Human Rights Charter and
any country found to be doing so will have to bear with the financial penalties
enjoined upon such activities.
6.Urges all member states to increase and proliferate education specifically
about the history of LGBT people, their rights, and all the prosecution that
this group has been through to teach the youth to achieve goals such as:
Human rights are universal and are not indifferent to people's choice of
their gender
8.Recommends accordingly nations that are against the LGBT people due to
religious issues that they interact with governments of other nations willing
to accept such people and help in their immigration financially and morally
without degrading their dignity in any form.
9.Calls for the creation of medical aid centres in all nations; to provide
medical and psychological support to victims of discrimination and
decriminalization, including the LGBT people by providing a package of health
services to affected LGBT people, icluding stays in rehabilitation cetres.
